The dedicated Beach Safety Warden Service oversees a 7-mile stretch of beach to ensure your safety. Notably, the beach experiences the second-highest tidal range in the world. During low tide, extensive mud flats are revealed, posing significant hazards to walkers and vehicles.

IN AN EMERGENCY, alert a Beach Safety Warden or dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
